If you downloaded a version prior to June 10th (a build less than 97u75), you probably want to get the fixed version.
Instructions:
1. Click on the download link to download the .EXE file. If your prefer to do it yourself with a .ZIP file [1067K] click here.
2. Run the DISTR16.EXE file - it will extract the components into whatever directory your downloaded to.
3. Run the SETUP.EXE file that has been extracted.
4. By default, Setup will clean up component files by itself.
